Return Policy for Custom Digital Illustrations
Due to the personalized nature of custom digital illustrations, all sales are final. Once the artwork has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exceptions and Revisions:
- If you find any issues with your illustration or feel that the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you may request a revision within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
- Revisions are limited to minor adjustments and do not include major changes to the overall design or concept. If additional revisions are required beyond what was initially agreed upon, additional charges may apply.
